A Note from Metztli Janeth
I used to live in a world where I was constantly overwhelmed, feeling anxious about not having enough and guilty about wanting more than I needed. I felt like I had to do everything by myself – support my family by myself, build my business by myself, help others by myself. The pressure was too much and it stifled my creativity. My nervous system was on fight-or-flight mode.
But once I experienced freedom from these subconscious limitations, I felt like I entered a new world full of fresh pastures where everything was possible. There were no limitations and nothing was missing. Then, I had a client come to me and share how she had put off major life decisions that she wanted deep down because she felt like she had to do it all on her own. Once she released that narrative and integrated her energy, there was a softness that spread through all of her being. The pressure came off.
From then, I wanted to share this with the world. Everyone deserves to experience this profound sense of internal freedom and inner stability.
I have helped so many clients experience new levels of freedom by helping them identify and integrate the lead sources of internal pressure or internal incongruence. As they move forward, they experience themselves as a brand new being and move forward in their lives doing the things that they had previously only dreamed of doing.
